Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made 30+ days before departure.
75% refund for cancellations made 14-29 days before departure.
No refund for cancellations made within 14 days of departure.
Mileage
200 km per day included; unlimited mileage available for $25/day.
Damage Deposit
$1000 deposit required 5 weeks before departure.
Additional $500 deposit for approved pets
Deposits cover damages, lost equipment, fuel charges, cleaning fees, tickets, and towing.
Refunded if no damages were made.
Rules
Pets are allowed! (with a $500 pet deposit). Please inquire with your request.
No smoking in the vehicle or tent.
No consumption of intoxicants while driving.
Drivers must be 25+ with a valid license; international licenses accepted.
Permitted Travel
Public roads only (logging roads are permitted); off-road trails and closed roads are prohibited. Resource roads into communities and designated recreation sites are allowed, please see www.sitesandtrails.com for a list of designated recreation sites.
Verify road conditions and use good judgment.
Pickup and Returns
Pickups: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 9:00pm.
Drop-offs: Monday to Saturday, 7:30am to 9:00pm
Sunday - Closed
